Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Fair Haven, VT

What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Vermont
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy and in-person service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to serving diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in schools
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals
- Utilize teletherapy when appropriate to broaden student access
- Provide mentorship and support to SLP-CFYs, as applicable
- Review and assess progress, adjusting interventions as needed
