Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Providence, Rhode Island

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state is required
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (Kindergarten through 12th grade)
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication disorder interventions
- Capable of collaborating effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
- Passion for fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload, both individually and in group settings
- Communicate regularly with educators and families regarding student progress and recommendations
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
