What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license for the state of Rhode Island and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF).
- Bilingual proficiency is essential; candidates must comfortably deliver therapy and assessments in more than one language.
- Previous experience in a school-based or teletherapy setting highly preferred.
- Passion for supporting student growth and a collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and support staff.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Please note: SLPAs are not being considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students two days per week, with flexibility to arrange your schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday.
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document student progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, student-centered services.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to maximize access to support.
