Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for Rhode Island
- Bilingual skills required
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY); no SLPAs, please
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and appropriate therapy interventions
- Deliver in-person and/or teletherapy speech and language services consistent with best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote academic and social development
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP team meetings as needed
- Provide culturally responsive care to a diverse student population
