Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Warwick, Rhode Island

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CF) eager to grow under supervision
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environments
- Strong teletherapy skills and comfort with digital platforms for remote evaluation and therapy
- Bilingual—proficiency in a second language is required
- Not open to SLPAs
- Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds with a range of speech and language needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to elementary and secondary students via teletherapy
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Attend virtual meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Monitor student progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and provide culturally responsive services
