Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in a school setting, working with K-12 populations, is highly desirable
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads across multiple campuses
- Commitment to working on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for students across K-12 grades
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services tailored to student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress tracking, and communication with educational teams
- Participate in meetings, student evaluations, and parent conferences as needed
- Travel between assigned schools to serve a diverse student population
