What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) welcomed; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Background in pediatrics, education settings, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and student success
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech-language and communication screenings, assessments, and develop IEP goals.
- Provide individualized and group therapy to students with diverse support needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal requirements for documentation.
- Guide and mentor students to build confidence and essential communication skills.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
