Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- CCC-SLP certification preferred; consideration given to strong CFY candidates
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings welcomed
- Solid communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Offer both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with educators and parents to support the carry-over of learned skills in various environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
