Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license required (must be submitted with your resume).
- Previous experience working in early childhood or school-based settings preferred.
- Solid understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and best practices for serving young learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to the dynamic needs of young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic intervention for preschool-aged students identified with speech or language needs.
- Collaborate with ECSE teams, classroom staff, and families to support students’ goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
- Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy activities.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based services onsite for three days each week (22.5 hours total).
