Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain it.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads strongly preferred.
- Comfort collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to address students’ needs.
- Strong communication, organization, and flexibility in adapting to individual learning profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Design individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and required records.
