Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- School-based experience or strong clinical background in serving pediatric populations.
- Ability to adapt communication strategies for diverse needs.
- Collaborative mindset to work within multidisciplinary educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges in a Low Incidence Program setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Communicate progress and strategies with teachers, families, and support staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure comprehensive student support.
