Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Adaptability to manage diverse student needs within a Low Incidence Program
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions to students with a range of communication needs at Marple Education Center
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports as required by the program
- Contribute to team meetings and IEP planning for students in the Low Incidence Program
- Provide resources and support to integrate speech-language strategies into daily learning
This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, working three to four days per week, allowing you to maintain a strong work-life balance.
