Speech Language Pathologist in West Bend, WI

Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license for the state of Wisconsin
- Experience with K-12 student populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt services to various age groups and abilities across multiple school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique communication needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain clear, accurate records and ongoing communication with stakeholders
- Support students in achieving educational milestones and fostering self-confidence
