Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly K-12, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students across three school sites
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support each student’s goals
- Maintain thorough records to track student progress and compliance with IEP requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations to ensure holistic student support
- Adjust intervention approaches as needed based on measurable student outcomes
