Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | West Bend, Wisconsin

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in schools near West Bend, WI. This position invites you to bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to make an impact with engaging caseloads and strong administrative support.
Assignments are available at both secondary and elementary levels:
- Middle and high school caseload (grades 6–18+) across two nearby sites, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule (7:15 AM–3:15 PM)—potentially condensed into four days to suit your preferences. Direct services are provided to 32 students with consult-only for 6, all supported by pre-made schedules and abundant therapy materials.
- Elementary assignment (grades 4K–3rd) in a single location with a 7:45 AM–3:45 PM schedule. Serve around 21 students (subject to slight increase). Collaborative team environment with another full-time SLP for support. Pre-scheduled sessions and comprehensive IEP tracking spreadsheets allow you to focus on hands-on engagement.
Ideal experience and qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in school-based SLP services; pediatric experience preferred
- Familiar with IEP processes, goal writing, and progress reporting
- Comfort with digital therapy materials and teletherapy platforms
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and schedules
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with school staff to foster student success
- Utilize a variety of resources, including prepared materials and digital tools
- Communicate regularly with families and instructional teams
