Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Brookfield, Wisconsin

Two contract opportunities are available covering leaves from August 18, 2026, to November 13, 2026. You’ll join supportive school communities where collaboration, organization, and ready-to-use materials help you succeed.
Position 1 covers both a high school and middle school. The caseload includes 32 students receiving direct services and 6 consult-only, serving grades 6th through 18+. The workweek is Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, but there is flexibility to group students and condense services into four days. You’ll have a pre-made schedule, access to hands-on therapy resources, and ongoing support from experienced staff. Preparation is minimized, allowing you to focus on effective student outcomes.
Position 2 serves early childhood through third grade at one elementary school. You’ll work with approximately 21 students (with a slight increase possible) from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM. The outgoing therapist will coordinate the schedule with you during the August PD days and provide detailed spreadsheets tracking therapy minutes and IEP deadlines. You will have the benefit of collaborating with another full-time SLP in the building.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligibility for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in K-12 school settings and healthcare environments
- Pediatric and teletherapy skills preferred
- Capacity to manage diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels
- Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
