Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

What you bring:
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings
- Teletherapy proficiency is a plus
- Comfortable providing services across elementary to high school (grades 4K-18+)
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Commitment to effective collaboration and responsive communication
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students ranging from pre-k through high school age, depending on assignment
- Caseloads include:
- 32 direct services and 6 consult-only students, grades 6–18+ (two secondary sites)
- 21+ students, grades 4K–3rd (elementary site)
- Follow pre-made schedules and utilize provided therapy materials; minimal prep required
- Participate in IEP meetings as scheduled and maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with support staff and the resident SLP in your assigned building
- Flex scheduling can be arranged to condense sessions into four days per week at secondary sites
