Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Cedarburg, WI

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP - CCC, CFY, or eligibility for state licensure
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and therapy planning
- Comfort with teletherapy tools and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services based on individualized student needs (caseloads vary by assignment)
- Monitor and document student progress; prepare required reports and records
- Employ a wide range of hands-on and digital materials with minimal prep required
- Participate in IEP meetings, utilizing organized tracking tools provided
- Adjust therapy schedules as necessary, proactively communicating with staff and families
- Work efficiently across assigned locations (high school, middle school, or elementary, depending on placement)
- Collaborate closely with school staff and fellow SLPs for support and idea-sharing
