Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in West Bend, WI

This opportunity covers two planned staff leaves, spanning August 18, 2026, through November 13, 2026. You'll work closely with established school teams, benefit from comprehensive organizational resources, and focus on both direct and consultative speech-language services.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and eligibility for SLP-CCC; SLP-CFY considered
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads
- Knowledge of SLP best practices in teletherapy and in-person settings
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Collaborative attitude and ability to adapt to multiple school environments
- Experience with IEP processes for a range of ages and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services (K-12 and transition-aged students, depending on assignment)
- Provide consultative support in accordance with student IEPs
- Manage IEP documentation, track due dates, and update progress
- Collaborate with other SLPs, educators, and support staff
- Utilize existing materials (hands-on and digital) to enhance student engagement with minimal prep
- Adjust to flexible scheduling; some opportunities to consolidate days for a four-day work week
- Attend team meetings and contribute insights for student development
- Transition smoothly into pre-made schedules and organized caseload spreadsheets
