Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as an SLP in Arizona (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or previous telepractice experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation abilities
- Passion for working with children and diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct speech-language therapy services
- Utilize virtual platforms to provide teletherapy to students as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and required compliance documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to address student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student speech-language progress
- Adapt therapy plans and materials based on student progress and feedback
