- Caseload: Manage ~19 students and oversee IEPs
- Instruction: Teach 2 ELA classes (~20 students each)
- Support: Co-teach in 3 inclusion classrooms
- Schedule:
- 2 teaching periods
- 3 inclusion/support periods
- 1 prep + 1 lunch period
- IEP Meetings: 2–3 per month (brief, after school)
