What We're Looking For:
- Current NY SLP license
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with pediatric and healthcare SLP practices
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Passion for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to students in a school-based setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and parents
- Adapt therapeutic interventions to support diverse learners across grade levels
