Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP licensure required
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology (K-12) preferred
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and effectively case manage multiple campuses
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skill is a plus
- Must complete or verify fingerprinting through TEA (may require up to 10 business days)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Provide case management for one or more campuses, overseeing evaluation, placement, and service coordination for students
- Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) and collaborate with special education teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
