You’ll provide critical speech and language interventions at a single school campus (final location details to be confirmed), directly impacting student growth and communication skills. What You’ll Need:
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- School-based SLP experience strongly encouraged
- Ability to work full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week, onsite—no virtual/remote options available
- Comfort working with K-12 populations
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus (preferred, but not required)
- Completion or verification of TEA fingerprinting/background check (please note: this process may take up to 10 business days)
Your Role:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and assessments for assigned students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource and advocate for students’ communication needs
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
