Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Wauconda, IL

Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Illinois licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in schools
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Comfortable delivering therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Innovative approach to supporting diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals based on student needs
- Conduct therapy sessions in-person and/or virtually as assigned
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Contribute to team meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
