Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Arlington Heights, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and work with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow staff to support students’ academic and social participation
- Attend meetings and contribute as a valued member of the educational team
