Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Prior experience in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs focusing on articulation goals
- Passion for working with elementary age children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPA and other educational professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support to elementary students with moderate articulation needs
- Develop, update, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and on-site SLPA to optimize student outcomes
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to student care plans
- Offer guidance and mentorship to the SLPA to enhance therapy delivery
- Maintain compliance with school and professional standards
