Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Wisconsin SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or enrollment in CFY
- Previous experience (including internships) in school or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational skills for managing caseload documentation and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education teams
- Provide progress updates to caregivers and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
