Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
- Teletherapy experience welcomed, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services individually and in groups, both onsite and via teletherapy if needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support educational and therapeutic goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with the school team
- Provide supervision or mentorship to SLPs in their Clinical Fellowship Year (as applicable)
