Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility), and either CCC or CFY status
- Previous experience within school settings (elementary preferred), or a strong desire to serve a diverse student population
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
- Dedication to fostering student growth and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for elementary students
- Administer assessments, interpret results, and develop comprehensive evaluations
- Create targeted intervention plans and monitor progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational team decisions
- Provide ongoing support and training to teachers and families regarding communication strategies
- Document services accurately in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
