Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, especially in early childhood or elementary school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Regularly assess and document student growth, adapting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
