Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Active state licensure (Wisconsin SLP license required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs will be considered
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service delivery, as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing clinical training
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
