What We're Looking For:
- Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed, or in progress
- Strong background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy
- Experience in SLP teletherapy (a plus, but not required)
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborative approach to work with teachers, families, and other staff
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication disorders
- Document student progress and maintain organized records
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families and educational teams
- Stay current with state and federal education policies and best practices in speech pathology
- Utilize technology to support remote or on-site therapy sessions, as needed
