Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Milton, WI

Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in Wisconsin
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Previous experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings is a plus
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology-driven service delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate support for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Deliver speech and language therapy services, both in person and via teletherapy options
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
