- Comfortable working onsite, remotely, or in blended service models
- Ability to adapt to caseload increases and shifting needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to approximately 40 students (potential to grow)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy aligned with educational objectives
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation for Medicaid billing, and monitor student progress
- Flexibly address student needs across multiple campuses (middle and high school)
- Serve students in both onsite and virtual settings as assigned
