Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience delivering speech therapy in a school setting
- Proficiency with Medicaid billing or previous experience preferred
- Comfortable serving both middle and high school-aged students
- Ability to adapt therapy for both in-person and virtual platforms
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver therapy sessions either onsite or virtually, adapting to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs and Medicaid billing
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress
