Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Eligible for or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy strategies to deliver services
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP development
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and counsel families, teachers, and staff on support strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
