Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Current or in-process state licensure
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatrics preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and best practices in remote service delivery
- Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide variety of speech and language disorders
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services in person and via teletherapy, as appropriate
- Document progress, perform evaluations, and provide insight for IEP meetings
- Consult with staff and families to maximize student outcomes
- Remain current with evidence-based practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
