Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) for practice
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
- Competency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in children of varying age groups
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy, both on-site and via teletherapy
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team consultations
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to support student growth
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
