Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC-SLP credentials
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Comfortable managing a full-time schedule (part-time is not available)
- Willingness to travel locally within the district as needed
- Must be currently enrolled in the Rhode Island Medicare program
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services for an elementary school caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver direct interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs and team meetings
- Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners across multiple locations
