Speech Language Pathologist in Cranston, RI
Providing specialized speech and language support to students, this role is essential in fostering effective communication and academic success across kindergarten through 12th grade. Located in Cranston, RI, this contract position is designed for the 2026-2027 school year, offering an engaging work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Valid RI SLP License
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
- Experience working with K-12 student populations is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
