With a balanced schedule of 25-30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, you'll make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.
Your expertise will enhance student success as you provide IEP-mandated speech and language services—directly and indirectly—to a diverse group of learners. Qualifications:
- Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist license and teaching certification
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Background working with school-aged populations, ages 12-21, preferred
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy as dictated by IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and team members to create supportive plans for student progress
- Utilize data to document student improvement and meet compliance standards
- Engage in ongoing professional learning to best serve this age group
