School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Warrenton, Missouri

Qualifications
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with general and special educators, families, and related service providers
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload across K-12 grade levels
• Please note: Supervision of Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs is not required or available at this time
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individualized and group therapy services to students with varied speech, language, and communication needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop effective IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Engage and collaborate as an essential member of the multidisciplinary educational team
• Provide clear communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding student progress
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all learners
