Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Michigan SLP license (or ability to secure licensure before the start date)
- Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates ready for a school setting
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, though not required
- Comfortable managing a diverse K-12 caseload
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s progress
- Track data, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to student success stories
- Provide direct therapy, consultations, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
