Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid (or eligibility for) SLP license in Michigan
- Recent experience working with K-12 students (preferred)
- Consideration for clinical fellows (CFY) with strong references
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and therapy outcomes
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
