Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or pending Michigan SLP licensure (must have by start of school year)
- Experience working with K–12 populations is preferred
- Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to various learning and developmental needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
- Support the communication and academic goals of students across grade levels
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
