School Speech Language Pathologist - Warren, Michigan

In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of 30-40 elementary students, fostering their communication skills and contributing to their academic and social success. You'll collaborate closely with educators, special services staff, and families, making a direct difference in the daily lives and learning journeys of your students.
Ideal candidates bring:
- An active Michigan SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school setting with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility, empathy, and a passion for student achievement
Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEPs, and delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
- Documenting student progress and maintaining detailed records
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
This position offers 32.5 hours per week, with an anticipated start as soon as possible and the school year concluding in June 2027. The assignment is onsite, offering the opportunity for meaningful in-person connections with students and staff.
