Job Description
ProCare Therapy is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a welcoming school district in Walled Lake, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities are available across K-12 grade levels, allowing clinicians to be matched with a caseload that best fits their experience and professional interests. Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply when applicable.
- Michigan school credential or ability to obtain required school clearances before the start date.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
