Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Jeffersonville, VT for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a small elementary caseload of 25–30 students, allowing clinicians to provide individualized support and meaningful therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Address communication challenges including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, evaluations, and therapy planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
