Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school-based team in Albany, Oregon for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity serves students across K–12 grade levels and offers a supportive environment with access to an experienced Evaluation SLP Team.
This position is ideal for experienced clinicians, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and new graduates looking to develop their skills with strong mentorship and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with the Evaluation SLP Team to support student needs
- Treat communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CFY candidates and new graduates encouraged to apply
- CCC-SLPs welcome
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
