Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly valued
- Proficiency with IEPs, documentation, and collaboration with educators and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
Role Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support each student’s educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
- Prepare and maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and related reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student supports
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to maximize student achievement and engagement
