Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Experience in a pediatric, school, or healthcare environment preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, support staff, and families
- Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences as needed
